Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges only within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are not available. All exchanges must be initiated within this timeframe for eligibility.

Exchange Requirements

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Original packaging and tags must be intact
  • Proof of purchase is required

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange:

  • Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase
  • Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange
  • Our team will provide you with exchange instructions
  • Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions

Non-Exchangeable Items

The following items cannot be exchanged:

  • Items purchased more than 24 hours ago
  • Used or damaged products
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Final sale or clearance items
