Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges only within 24 hours of purchase. Refunds are not available. All exchanges must be initiated within this timeframe for eligibility.

- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Original packaging and tags must be intact
- Proof of purchase is required
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 24 hours of your purchase
- Provide your order number and details of the item you wish to exchange
- Our team will provide you with exchange instructions
- Ship the item back to us using the provided instructions
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
- Items purchased more than 24 hours ago
- Used or damaged products
- Items without original packaging or tags
- Final sale or clearance items
